1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Account Registration

Each Player may register only one (1) Account on jl6996. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 One Account Policy

Players are strictly prohibited from holding more than one Account on jl6996. Where duplicate Accounts are identified — whether intentional or otherwise — jl6996 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the Player from the platform.

4. Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jl6996 login credentials, including their username and password. jl6996 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and advises Players never to share their login details with any third party.

Any activity conducted through a Player's Account — whether authorised by the Player or not — is the responsibility of the Account holder. If you suspect unauthorised access to your jl6996 Account, you must notify jl6996 customer support immediately at [email protected].

jl6996 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard their login credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on jl6996 are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jl6996 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, except where this is not technically feasible, in which case jl6996 will use an alternative verified method. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending KYC compliance checks.

jl6996 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Processing times vary by payment method but jl6996 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) business days.

5.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jl6996 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant Accounts after this period, in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Players will be notified prior to the application of any such fee.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jl6996 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which will be published on the jl6996 promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all jl6996 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are separate from Real Money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement on jl6996 bonus funds is the bonus amount multiplied by the turnover multiplier specified in the offer.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl6996 and will result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or attempting to register an Account using false, stolen, or fraudulent identity information.
• Opening multiple Accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-Account-per-player policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jl6996 games or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jl6996 immediately.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live table games.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime in violation of Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.
• Accessing jl6996 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other IP-masking technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward jl6996 staff or other Players.

9. Suspension & Termination

jl6996 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, regulatory instruction from PAGCOR, or voluntary self-exclusion by the Player.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, jl6996 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and, where applicable, Real Money Funds that are the subject of an active investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause attributable to the Player, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their jl6996 Account may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on jl6996, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of jl6996 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl6996 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any jl6996 content without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl6996 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

jl6996's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

jl6996 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and force majeure events are excluded from any liability calculation.

12. Privacy & Data

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jl6996's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or referred to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures where applicable.

15. Amendments

jl6996 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jl6996 will endeavour to notify Players by email or via an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jl6996 following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.

The version of the Terms in force on the date of any particular transaction or gaming session shall govern that transaction or session.
